In these turbulent times, mindfulness is a powerful practice to help develop a calm mind that is consequently less affected by external events. Therefore, at #EHMA2020 we have arranged for two morning meditation sessions with mindfulness certified teacher Beate Trück from Brussels Mindfulness

Mindfulness skills can contribute to better mental health, wellbeing and decision-making. In these stressful times, it is more important than ever to develop inner resources to decrease stress and anxiety and feel calmer and more focused. The majority of people who have a daily meditation practice report lasting physical and psychological benefits. These include finding peace in the midst of the turbulences of life, greater energy and enthusiasm, heightened self-confidence and the feeling of being more in control, an increased ability to cope more effectively with stressful situations and an improved sleep.

On Wednesday, 18 and Thursday, 19 November, Brussels Mindfulness will host Mindfulness Meditation from 8.15 to 8.45. These sessions will be guided by Beate Trück, an experienced mindfulness and positive neuroplasticity teacher and the founder of Brussels Mindfulness. She has been trained and certified as a MBSR-teacher by Arbor-Seminare in Germany, and has given many workshops, courses and retreats to an international audience over the past decade. Beate is also responsible for the mindfulness teacher training and for leadership courses for senior executives.
